Starting with February 24th, 2016, Drupal 6 will reach the end of life and no longer will be supported.
This means: that Drupal 6 will no longer be supported by the community developers. The contributors will no longer be creating new modules or plugins, fixing bugs in existing projects, etc. for Drupal 6.
(Important note: Drupal 5 end it's in 2011, therefore if your website is running on Drupal 5, you should pull it offline ASAP.)
